What is supervision and how does it Work?

Supervision is a working relationship between a supervisor and a counselor in which the counselor can share, reflect,and get feedback to help increase her/his ethical competence and confidence to best serve clients over several sessions.

We provide individual and group supervision for those seeking counseling Certification/Licensure requirements for LMSW, LGSW, LGPC, LGADC, LCADC, LCSWC, LCPC ADT, CSC-AD, CAC-AD, CAC-AD with Board Approved Supervisors. We also provide supervision contractually for those seeking supervision for their own clinical practice.

Two types of Supervision are offered, general and immediate. General supervision involves being available to you by a communications device such as phone or video. 

Immediate supervision involves physically being present with you to discuss your clinical work.
